At Denna Clark-Usey Designs, each piece is handcrafted with heart, faith, and a whole lot of love — which means every item is as unique as you are. Because of this, we want to be clear and fair about how we handle returns and refunds.

‍1. All Sales Are Final
‍Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or color preference.Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order, and feel free to contact us with any questions prior to purchasing.

‍3. Non-Returnable Items
‍We cannot accept returns on the following:cCustom or personalized ordersItems marked as “final sale.”

‍4. Shipping Responsibility
‍If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if needed). In most cases of damage or error, we will cover return shipping.However, if a return is approved for any reason outside of damage or our error (rare, but possible), the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped in original or secure packaging to avoid further damage.

‍5. Lost or Stolen Packages
‍Once an item has been marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and correct before placing your order.We’re happy to assist in filing a claim with the carrier if needed — just reach out to us.
